Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or mining engineering or related technical field.
• 1–3 years in technical or industrial sales, or engineering support.
• Understanding of materials, lifting equipment, rigging, or manufacturing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with products or services.
• Manage renewal processes and retain customers.
• Promote products and continuously engage with engineering and production teams.
• Network with mining industry professionals and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities within client organizations.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and tender documents with calculations.
• Maintain relationships with maintenance engineers, plant managers and procurement teams.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting and product usage questions.
• Track competitor products and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
