Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow our presence in the Rustenburg mining sector. You will identify sales opportunities, engage with mining operations, and coordinate with engineering, procurement and operational teams to build a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include site visits, preparing proposals, contributing to tenders, and managing strategic customer relationships across the territory, with potential progression into a Brand Manager role.

Qualifications

• Territory-based mining sales experience required.
• Experience selling automation or related technical solutions.
• Strong new-business development and account-management ability.
• Experience engaging engineering, procurement and operational teams.
• Must identify opportunities and develop a sustainable sales pipeline; proposal/quotation/tender experience preferred.
• Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
• Management experience is advantageous.
• Sound understanding of mining operations and customer requirements.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Rustenburg region.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
