Sulzer in South Africa is seeking an Industry Sales Manager - Mining to lead growth across the mining sector. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships and driving profitable growth across Sulzer's services portfolio.

You will develop and execute mining sales strategies, engage mine operators, engineering teams and procurement stakeholders, and collaborate with operations to deliver customer solutions across Sulzer's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales within the mining sector.
• Experience selling engineering, maintenance, reliability or industrial service solutions.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, motors, compressors or related assets.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels and build long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Sulzer within the mining sector, identifying opportunities and driving profitable growth.
• Develop and execute the mining sales strategy across Africa.
• Build relationships with mine operators, engineering teams, maintenance leaders and procurement stakeholders.
• Identify, develop and secure new service opportunities.
• Grow key accounts while winning new business.
• Promote Sulzer's maintenance, repair, overhaul, upgrade and field service capabilities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
