Placements24 is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on the Mining and Resources sector in Kimberley, Northern Cape. The role offers a Hybrid work model combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles in exploration, extraction, processing, and related operations, building strong networks and partnering with mining companies to meet talent needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with a demonstrable focus on the Mining & Resources sector.
• Experience recruiting for Mining Engineers, Geologists, Metallurgists, Process Operators, and HSE professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid work environment experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for roles within the mining and resources sector.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract skilled engineers, geologists, metallurgists, operators, and management professionals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical interviews and verification of credentials.
• Build and maintain a strong network of professionals within the mining industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and culture.
