Placements24 is seeking a Specialist Recruiter to join in Kimberley, Northern Cape, driving end-to-end recruitment for mining and resources clients. You will source, screen, interview, and present top candidates across engineers, geologists, metallurgists, and operations roles.

The role requires in-depth mining industry knowledge, excellent networking skills, and the ability to meet aggressive placement targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on mining and resources.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in technical/operational mining roles.
• Strong understanding of mining processes, equipment and industry terminology.
• Excellent network within the mining community and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across mining and resources roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Northern Cape’s mining sector.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment—from client briefing to candidate engagement and offers.
