Based in Mahikeng with remote work flexibility, you will leverage sector knowledge to understand technical requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience with a focus on Mining & Resources sector.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, geological roles, and related engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates within this specialized industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a demanding sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles within the Mining & Resources sector, from engineers to geologists and management.
