About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned and results-driven Senior Mining Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their mine site near Welkom . This vital role ensures the safe, efficient, and productive execution of mining activities, including drilling, blasting, and material handling. You will lead and motivate a team of miners, monitor adherence to safety protocols, and manage equipment utilization to meet production targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of underground mining processes, and an unwavering commitment to safety in the Free State province. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring direct on-site presence and active engagement with the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily underground mining operations, including drilling, blasting, support, and ore/waste handling.
