Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of industrial machinery or complex mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks) and CAE tools for analysis.
• Strong understanding of machine design principles, dynamics, and material science.
• Experience with project documentation and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively within a dedicated, on-site engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for industrial machinery, including structures, mechanisms, and power transmission components.
• Create detailed CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs for fabrication and assembly.
• Conduct engineering analysis, including stress, strain, and vibration, to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with electrical and controls engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and automated systems.
• Specify and select appropriate materials, components, and sub-systems for machinery applications.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing, testing, and commissioning phases.
