You will lead CAD modeling, perform analyses, and collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are robust and manufacturable. A strong background in hydraulics/pneumatics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical design for industrial equipment.
• Proficient in 3D parametric modeling and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials science, and automation principles.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of new industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Perform stress analysis, kinematic simulations, and tolerance analysis to validate designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production and assembly.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
