Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in designing and developing industrial machinery or heavy equipment.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor) and FEA software.
• Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and industrial automation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively on-site within an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for industrial machinery, ensuring functionality and safety.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Perform FEA simulations to assess stress, strain, and thermal performance of critical parts.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot issues and implement design improvements for manufacturability.
• Conduct root cause analysis on product failures and develop corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation, revisions, tests, and specifications.
