Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years in design and development of industrial machinery or complex mechanical systems.
• Expert proficiency in 3D CAD software and FEA tools.
• Strong knowledge of machine design, mechanisms, power transmission, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new industrial machinery and automation equipment from concept through to production.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor).
• Perform comprehensive FEA and dynamic analyses to ensure structural integrity and performance.
• Specify materials and manufacturing methods, optimizing for cost, efficiency and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with electrical and controls teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and automated systems.
