Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in mechanical design with automation focus.
• Proficient in 3D CAD and 2D drafting (SolidWorks, Inventor).
• Familiar with pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo systems and motion control.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop mechanical systems for automated production lines, including robotics work cells.
• Create CAD models, drawings, and specifications for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Specify and integrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric actuation systems.
• Collaborate with electrical and control engineers to ensure seamless integration.
• Perform calculations and simulations for structural integrity, kinematics, and dynamics of automated systems.
• Oversee procurement, assembly, and testing of automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during commissioning and operation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including P&IDs and manuals.
• Stay updated on industrial automation and robotics trends.
