You will lead integration of robotic work cells, AGVs, and control systems, with on-site and remote collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in automation, strong programming skills, and proven project management capability in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with automation focus.
• Minimum 6 years in industrial engineering focused on automation/robotics.
• Proven experience programming/integrating industrial robots (FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Strong PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Siemens) and HMI development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated manufacturing systems and robotic applications.
• Evaluate processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Specify, select, and integrate robotic systems, PLCs, sensors, and automation hardware.
• Develop and debugging robot programs and PLC logic for automated equipment.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of automated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated production lines.
• Document automated systems with P&IDs, schematics, and manuals.
• Stay updated on latest automation/robotics advancements.
• Train maintenance and operations on safe/effective operation of equipment.
