• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 6+ years of experience in mechanical design and systems integration for industrial automation.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor) and simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of machine design, kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
• Experience with robotics, PLCs, and automated manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of material selection, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage project tasks and work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards for industrial machinery.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for industrial automation equipment.
• Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using CAD software.
• Conduct stress analysis, kinematic analysis, and other simulations to validate designs.
• Integrate mechanical systems with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Specify and select motors, actuators, sensors, and gearboxes.
• Oversee fabrication, assembly, and testing of mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during commissioning and operation.
• Collaborate with controls and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Develop technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and maintenance manuals.
• Stay current with advancements in robotics, automation, and mechatronics.
