The ideal candidate has hands-on matched betting experience, deep knowledge of exchange mechanics, and excellent communication skills to explain technical ideas to everyday users across channels, web and mobile.

Qualifications

• Hands-on matched betting experience essential
• Strong understanding of exchange mechanics (back/lay, commissions)
• Excellent communicator able to simplify technical concepts

Responsibilities

• Own the matched odds betting proposition: methodology, guides, calculators and offer tracking
• Produce and maintain step-by-step educational content for complete beginner
• Identify and track bookmaker offers and exchange opportunities suitable for matched betting
• Support community channels, answering user questions and building trust
• Work with content and marketing teams to drive acquisition into the product
• Ensure all guidance is accurate, responsible and compliant
