- Monitor and support market liquidity across sports and markets.
- Collaborate with product and tech on market setup, pricing display and trading features.
- Support acquisition and retention of specialist and professional punters.
- Analyse market activity, matched volumes and liquidity trends.
- Contribute exchange expertise to content, education and marketing initiatives.

- Act as the internal authority on exchange mechanics: back/lay, order books, matching, commission models
- Monitor and support market liquidity, identifying gaps and opportunities across sports and markets
- Work with product and tech teams on market setup, pricing display and trading features
- Support the acquisition and retention of specialist and professional punters
- Analyse market activity, matched volumes and liquidity trends
- Contribute exchange expertise to content, education and marketing initiatives
- Significant hands‑on experience with betting exchanges (as trader, operator or power user)
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with market data, odds and margins
- Understanding of liquidity dynamics and market‑making principles
- Experience at an exchange operator, trading firm or as a professional trader is a strong advantage
