Job summary

BettingJobs is assisting a fast-growing betting exchange in Cape Town to hire an Affiliate Specialist to build and manage its affiliate and partner network from the ground up. You will own the affiliate channel end to end, from recruitment to commercial terms, performance and compliance.

In this role you will recruit SA affiliates, tipsters and publishers, negotiate structures, manage tracking and payments, and drive new punter acquisition and liquidity while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate management, ideally in betting, gaming or fintech.
• Existing SA betting affiliates, tipsters or content publishers network preferred.
• Commercially sharp negotiator with strong data and reporting skills.
• Understanding of SA gambling advertising rules and 18+ compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard SA affiliates, tipsters, content sites and influencers.
• Negotiate CPA, revenue share and hybrid deals and manage agreements.
• Manage affiliate tracking, reporting and payments.
• Monitor traffic quality, fraud and compliance with ad rules.
• Grow the channel as a driver of punter acquisition and liquidity.
• Report ROI and attribution for the channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard affiliates, tipsters, content sites and influencers across the SA betting landscape
• Negotiate commercial structures (CPA, revenue share, hybrid) and manage affiliate agreements
• Manage affiliate tracking, reporting and payments through the affiliate platform
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality, fraud and compliance with advertising regulations
• Grow the channel into a meaningful driver of new punter acquisition and exchange liquidity
• Report on channel performance, ROI and attribution

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years in affiliate management, ideally in betting, gaming or fintech
• Existing network of SA betting affiliates, tipsters or content publishers strongly preferred
