Responsibilities

• Monitor sports events, betting activity, liabilities, and risk exposure in real time.
• Manage positions across sports to optimise profitability and minimise risk.
• Perform customer analysis and support bet limit decisions.
• Investigate market trends and competitor activity to inform trading actions.
• Make real-time adjustments and recommendations to improve performance.
• Act as a key point of contact for sportsbook-related queries and escalations.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sportsbook platform health and support business protection efforts.
• Conduct product and customer experience testing, including UAT activities.
• Support the resolution of large-scale product or operational issues.
• Maintain strong awareness of sportsbook operations, including fixtures, settlement, and results.
• Perform end-to-end platform testing to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support sportsbook configuration and operational setup.
• Contribute to broader business activities, including after-hours support where required.
