Qualifications

• Hands-on betting exchange experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability.
• Knowledge of liquidity dynamics and market making.
• Experience at an exchange operator or trading firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal authority on exchange mechanics: back/lay, order books, matching, commission models.
• Monitor and support market liquidity across sports and markets.
• Collaborate with product and tech on market setup, pricing display and trading features.
• Support acquisition and retention of specialist and professional punters.
• Analyse market activity, matched volumes and liquidity trends.
• Contribute exchange expertise to content, education and marketing initiatives.
