Our client, a well-established consumer goods company with a strong brand presence, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Director to join their team in Benoni, Gauteng . This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, digital marketing trends, brand management, and consumer behavior. You will lead a talented marketing team, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns across all channels. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus. A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies. Extensive experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Strong understanding of brand management, market segmentation, and consumer insights. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems. Strong budget management and financial acumen. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
