Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
• Proven experience building and optimizing automated workflows and email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and CRM integration.
• HTML and CSS proficiency for email templates is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in industrial or B2B services is advantageous.
• Must work on-site in Rustenburg.
