The ideal candidate has a solid background in marketing automation, CRM integrations, and data-driven analysis, with strong HTML/CSS skills for email templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation and email marketing best practices.
• Experience with CRM integrations and data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the company's marketing automation platform, ensuring optimal performance and integrations.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable marketing automation workflows including lead nurturing and drip campaigns.
• Develop and implement effective lead scoring models for sales qualification.
• Create, segment, and manage email campaigns with compliance to regulations (e.g., POPIA).
• Develop and run A/B tests on emails, landing pages, and workflows to optimize engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report insights for improvements.
• Collaborate with content and demand gen teams to align automation strategies.
• Ensure data hygiene and segmentation within the platform; stay updated on best practices.
