You will design workflows, run email campaigns, and optimize campaigns across platforms like HubSpot or Marketo, collaborating with demand gen teams.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on automation experience, CRM integration knowledge, and strong analytical skills to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
• Proven ability to design and optimize automated campaigns and workflows.
• Strong lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation and email marketing knowledge.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) integrated with automation tools.
• Analytical thinker with ability to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and manage marketing automation workflows and emails.
• Segment databases for personalized campaigns and targeting.
• Develop lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with content and demand gen teams on assets.
• Maintain and optimize automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo...).
• Generate regular performance reports with insights.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like POPIA.
• Stay updated on automation best practices.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize campaigns.
