Grindrod in Durban is seeking a solutions-focused Commercial Contracts and Pricing Manager to support revenue generation through costed opportunities, sound proposals and properly scoped contracts.

You will lead contracting, costing, pricing, tender support and end-to-end customer onboarding, working with Commercial, Operations, Finance and Legal to protect the business and drive profitable growth in the maritime and logistics sectors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' relevant experience in a commercial contracts or pricing role.
• Experience in costing, pricing, and contract administration.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial contracting, costing, proposal development and customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance and Legal to evaluate opportunities.
• Prepare, review and provide negotiation support for customer contracts and SLAs.
• Oversee costing models, rate structures and pricing proposals.
• Coordinate commercial proposals, quotations and tenders for timely submissions.
• Own end-to-end customer onboarding including KYC.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, financial and operational risks.
