Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a production/manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong process analysis and optimization skills.
- Experience with CAD/layout design and familiarity with simulation tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production data to identify efficiency improvements.
- Design and implement improvements to production layouts, workflows and material handling.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with maintenance to optimize equipment uptime and reduce downtime.
- Participate in new product introduction processes and ensure manufacturability.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance and trends.
