You will analyze processes, develop layouts, conduct time and motion studies, and collaborate with production staff and management to implement changes. The role also involves creating SOPs and reporting on KPIs to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on production systems.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD tools, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement new production systems, layouts, and workflows.
• Conduct time and motion studies, ergonomic analyses, and bottleneck assessments.
• Collaborate with production staff, supervisors, and management to implement process changes effectively.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for production personnel.
• Monitor production performance metrics and provide regular reports on key indicators and improvement initiatives.
