Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes to identify improvements in cycle time, cost, and quality.
• Design and implement optimized workflows, line balancing, and workstation improvements.
• Use simulation and data analysis to model process changes.
• Develop production performance metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and operators to implement changes and train staff.
• Perform root cause analysis for long-term solutions.
