Advius in Pretoria is seeking a well-organised Sales Coordinator to manage customer orders from receipt through production and dispatch on a permanent basis. The role requires ERP/CRM proficiency, the ability to read engineering drawings, and strong communication with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in sales coordination within a manufacturing environment, and be comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced setting with multiple stakeholders and ERP

Competenze

• 2–3 years' experience in sales coordination and customer service in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, metalworking, engineering or industrial manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems and MS Office
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and proactivity
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work under pressure

Mansioni

• Receive, verify and process customer purchase orders
• Capture and manage orders on the ERP system
• Ensure orders align with approved pricing, specifications and drawing revisions
• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries
• Provide order progress updates to customers
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
• Liaise daily with Production Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Stores, Quality Control and Dispatch
• Ensure delivery deadlines are met and correct documentation is maintained
• Monitor work-in-progress orders and track urgent customer requests
• Manage collections and proof-of-delivery records
• Assist with sales activity reporting
• Collaborate with finance to resolve invoicing and account queries
