Job summary

The role requires ERP/CRM proficiency, strong communication and attention to detail as you liaise with Production Planning, Engineering and Finance to meet delivery deadlines and keep customers informed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration and customer service.
• Experience within a sheet metal fabrication, metalworking, engineering or industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and process customer purchase orders.
• Capture and manage orders on the ERP system.
• Ensure orders align with approved pricing, specifications and drawing revisions.
• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries and provide order progress updates.
• Liaise daily with Production Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Stores, Quality Control and Dispatch to meet delivery deadlines.
