Role Purpose

A leading manufacturer of innovative industrial packaging solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Production Coordinator to grow sales while ensuring the efficient coordination of customer orders through production and delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating production schedules with the factory, and ensuring orders are delivered on time and to customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities and negotiate orders.
• Identify customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through production to delivery.
• Liaise with production, purchasing and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor order progress and keep customers informed.
• Resolve customer queries and production-related issues.
• Assist with production planning and scheduling to optimise workflow.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales performance.
• Achieve agreed sales and gross profit targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial products.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating production or customer orders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or production planning experience will be advantageous.
• Valid driver's license.
