Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist in Randburg to elevate manufacturing quality systems. You will ensure products meet high standards through testing, process monitoring, and CAPA actions, collaborating with production and engineering teams to maintain quality documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in QA within manufacturing, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, and robust data analysis and communication skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes and finished products to ensure compliance.
• Investigate product defects and customer complaints, determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage quality documentation, including test results, inspection reports, and certificates of analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a quality-focused culture throughout the organization.
