The role requires 5+ years in automotive QA, expertise in IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP and FMEA, plus strong leadership and communication. Hybrid work arrangement offers office and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of quality engineering experience in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques for quality control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic QA approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quality control systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Lead quality audits internal and external per IATF 16949.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to mitigate quality risks.
• Monitor key quality metrics and report trends to management.
• Train and mentor junior quality personnel in quality principles.
