The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, at least 4 years in a quality role, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma and SPC. Excellent analytical and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of Quality Engineer experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma and SPC.
• Experience with quality auditing and root cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems in line with industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits of production processes and finished products to ensure compliance.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement CAPA to address non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product and process quality.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and procedures to staff.
• Manage customer feedback related to quality and drive resolution of quality-related issues.
