Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Quality Systems Engineer in Polokwane to strengthen the quality assurance framework. You will lead QMS initiatives, drive audits and CAPA, and collaborate with engineering and production to ensure products meet quality standards from design to launch.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 6+ years of quality experience, with expertise in ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in quality engineering or quality systems management.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead internal and external quality audits and drive CAPA.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of defects.
• Manage document control ensuring quality docs are up-to-date.
• Develop and implement quality training programs for personnel.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to meet quality standards from design to launch.
