Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in Engineering and Food Technology.
• Analytical, problem solving, project management, risk management, decision making.
• Lifecycle experience: study, design, installation, commissioning and operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, root-cause analysis and implement process improvements to reduce losses and improve quality, capacity, throughput and conversion cost.
• Conduct process capability studies to optimize product rationalization on production lines and support production planning.
• Develop and review energy and material balances for plant processes.
• Serve as SME on manufacturing technology and coordinate with technology, maintenance and manufacturing teams to resolve quality and efficiency issues.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes by researching and applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; consult vendors and operators.
• Collaborate with R&D, Projects and Quality teams to support new systems and processes and assist in trial design, execution and reporting for NPD.
