About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation , SOPs, and training materials for new or improved processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to implement changes effectively.
• Monitor the performance of implemented improvements and gather data to demonstrate ROI.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide technical support to production personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
