Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related role.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing principles including machining, casting, forging, and assembly.
• Experience with process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in CAD software for tooling and fixture design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and techniques to optimize production output.
• Design, modify, and test manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Train production staff on new processes and equipment.
