Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process development.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, stamping, assembly and automation.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, select, and implement new manufacturing equipment and systems to support production goals.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and equipment specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the production floor and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production staff, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct capability studies and implement process controls to maintain product consistency.
