Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years as a Process Engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process simulation and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Develop and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Design, test, and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process docs, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
