Qualifications

• Strong understanding of process simulation, SPC, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency with process design software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new process technologies and methodologies.
