Placements24 is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production lines in Bloemfontein. You will analyze processes, design improvements, and implement new methods to boost quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience on the production floor, with a collaborative mindset across R&D, QA and production teams.

• 3–5 years in manufacturing process engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, materials and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on the production floor and collaborate with diverse teams in Bloemfontein.

Responsabilidades
