Qualifications
- Formal in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related qualification.
- Process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with process planning and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of quality systems and production processes.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Support production teams with technical and process-related issues
- Analyse production performance and resolve recurring problems
- Support new projects, product changes and process implementation
- Work closely with production, quality and maintenance teams
- Ensure processes meet required safety and quality standards
