Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with the R&D team on new product introductions and process validation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
