Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing systems engineering, process automation, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with system integration, project management, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in CAD, simulation tools, and PLC programming basics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing systems and technologies, including automation and robotics.
• Oversee the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, configurations, and operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure alignment of manufacturing system strategies.
