Job summary

BevCo is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage and dispatch of products in support of manufacturing and distribution. The role focuses on productivity, accuracy and service levels while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with ERP/WMS systems and a commitment to continuous improvement within a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of products.
• Coordinate daily activities to optimise throughput and meet service levels.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, transport and customer service teams.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and food safety requirements.
