Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant specializing in Organizational Development to support clients largely in the Mahikeng, North West region. This role focuses on improving organizational effectiveness through strategic talent management, change leadership, and culture development.

The role is primarily remote with regional support in the North West. The ideal candidate will have strong HR and organizational psychology knowledge, combined with excellent consulting and communication

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HRM, MBA or related field.
• 4+ years in organizational development or HR consulting.
• Experience in change management, talent strategy, and organizational design.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior and HR principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients at multiple levels.
• Experience supporting North West province, especially Mahikeng, is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in HR technologies and data analysis is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational structures, cultures, and capabilities.
• Design and implement strategies for organizational change management, talent acquisition, and development.
