Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HRM, MBA or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in organizational development, change management, or related consulting.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing OD programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management theories, and talent management.
