Placements24 is seeking an Organisational Development Consultant to join our client in Mahikeng, North West. The role is hybrid, combining remote flexibility with essential on-site client interaction and teamwork to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

You will design and implement OD interventions, lead leadership development, facilitate workshops, and partner with leaders to enhance performance across diverse client engagements in the North West region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in organisational development, change management, or HR consulting.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing OD interventions.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, learning and development, and change management theories.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with hybrid work environments and managing client relationships.
• Experience with talent management and leadership development programs.
• Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess client organizational structures, cultures, and performance to identify areas for development.
