Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a meticulous Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventative maintenance programs across sites in the Western Cape. You will monitor work orders, compile technical reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in maintenance planning or technical administration, strong CMMS proficiency, and a solid command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The role requires collaboration with contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) and proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 2–3 years’ experience in maintenance planning or technical administration.
• Extensive CMMS knowledge and Planned Preventative Maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly technical reports.
• Allocate and monitor technical work orders and ensure timely closure.
• Issue and track preventative maintenance work orders with teams.
• Log faults with the Helpdesk and monitor progress to resolution.
• Ensure contractors comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with stores and suppliers on deliveries and stock.
• Provide admin support to Technical Managers and Supervisors.
• Foster teamwork and positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Act as professional first point of contact for customers.
• Adhere to SHEQ policies and ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance.
