Job summary

You will engineer maintenance planning and scheduling, coordinate activities with the Engineering team, update BOMs, manage PRs, and contribute to safety and SHEQ compliance while collaborating with stores to ensure spares availability.

Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engineering Maintenance Planning and scheduling for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and support Engineering team safety measures.
• Update equipment BOMS, manage PRs, and perform general maintenance administrative tasks.
• Follow up on project completion, update critical spares list, and analyze maintenance history.
• Collaborate with stores personnel to ensure spares availability for planned work.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Trade Test certification as Electrician, Millwright, or Fitter
• N6/T3/S4 Diploma in Engineering (advantageous)

Knowledge & Skills:

• Competent in MS Office 365 and CMMS
• Proficient in MS Projects and SHEQ
• Strong organisational and time management skills
